SUMMARY OF BILL: Requires the Attorney General and Reporter (AG) to annually report
to the Governor, Speaker of the Senate, and Speaker of the House of Representatives the number of
injunctions brought against persons who commit harassment against state employees.
FISCAL IMPACT:
NOT SIGNIFICANT
Assumptions:
• The AG can submit the required report utilizing existing resources.
• The proposed legislation will not significantly impact state or local government operations.
• Any fiscal impact will be not significant.
