SUMMARY OF BILL: Requires the Governor’s Office to submit a report by January 15 of
each year to certain legislative committees detailing all lands and waters designated as wildlife
preserves, including their boundaries.
FISCAL IMPACT:
NOT SIGNIFICANT
Assumption:
• The Governor’s Office can prepare and submit an annual report utilizing existing resources,
without a significant increase in state expenditures.
