Requires the Commissioner to deliver the findings and any recommendations for changes to existing law or rule to the Chief Clerk of the Senate, the Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives, and the Legislative Librarian no later than December 31, 2025. FISCAL IMPACT: NOT SIGNIFICANT Assumption: • The Department of Health will conduct the required study utilizing existing staff and resources; therefore, any fiscal impact is estimated to be not significant.
