SUMMARY OF BILL: Increases, from 30 days to 45 days, the time period by which an
insurance company must provide notice to any customer that has an account paid by bank draft or
preauthorized check of an increase in its premiums.
FISCAL IMPACT:
NOT SIGNIFICANT

any fiscal impact to state or local government is estimated to be not significant.
