SUMMARY OF BILL: Directs the Aeronautics Commission (Commission) to study the
laws and regulations of other states regarding restrictions on the operation of drones over private
property.
FISCAL IMPACT:
NOT SIGNIFICANT
Assumption:
• The Commission can study the laws and regulations of other states regarding restrictions on
the operation of drones over private property utilizing its existing resources and personnel;
therefore, any fiscal impact to state government will be not significant.
