FISCAL IMPACT: NOT SIGNIFICANT Assumptions: • Any fiscal impact to the board as a result of posting such information on its existing website is estimated to be not significant. • Pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. § 4-29-121, all regulatory boards are required to be self- sufficient over any two-year period. The State Board of Examiners for Architects and Engineers experienced a surplus of $564,600 in FY22-23, a surplus of $398,467 in FY23-24, and had a cumulative reserve balance of $4,066,448 on June 30, 2024. IMPACT TO COMMERCE: NOT SIGNIFICANT Assumption: • The proposed legislation will have no significant impact on jobs or commerce in Tennessee.
