SUMMARY OF BILL: Expresses support for the Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act
pending in the 119th U.S. Congress and urges passage of such legislation.
FISCAL IMPACT:
NOT SIGNIFICANT
Assumption:
• Any increase in state expenditures to transmit a certified copy of the resolution to the
President and the Secretary of the U.S. Senate, the Speaker and the Clerk of the U.S. House
of Representatives, and each member of Tennessee’s delegation to the U.S. Congress is
estimated to be not significant.
