O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB1009 by Gonzalez Toureilles (Relating to the designation of the primary residence of a child in certain parenting plans for joint managing conservatorship.), As Introduced    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Family Code relating to the designation of the primary residence of a child in certain parenting plans for joint managing conservatorship. To the extent the bill would amend court procedures regarding criteria for parenting plans, no fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. The bill would take effect September 1, 2009. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
