O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB11 by Leibowitz (Relating to repeal of authority for the establishment and operation of the Trans-Texas Corridor.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Transportation Code to repeal provisions pertaining to the establishment, development, operation, financing, and aquisition of right-of-way for the Trans-Texas Corridor. Based on the analysis of the Texas Department of Transportation, it is assumed any costs or duties associated with the enactment of the bill could be absorbed within the agency's existing resources.
