The bill would amend Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes to change the applicability of where a cultural education facilities finance corporation may exercise its authority. The proposed change in applicability would allow a corporation created by a city located in Fort Bend, Cameron, and Nueces counties or a corporation created by those counties to exercise its authority inside or outside the city or county limits, respectively. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
