O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB1444 by Aycock (Relating to the definition of an agricultural business for the purposes of the Texas Agricultural Finance Authority.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would classify a business that holds a deer breeders permit as an agricultural business. The Department of Agriculture and the Parks and Wildlife Department indicate that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed within each agency's existing resources. The bill would take effect September 1, 2009.  Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
