O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB1452 by Eissler (Relating to participation in job training and employment assistance programs by veterans and other covered persons.), As Engrossed    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Labor Code relating to participation in job training and employment assistance programs by veterans and other covered persons.  Based on the analysis of the Veterans Commission and the Texas Workforce Commission, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
