The bill would amend the Texas Education Code and would eliminate automatic admissions to certain public institutions of higher education based on student's high school grade point average.   There would be no significant fiscal impact on the state as this bill would not affect overall state enrollment in institutions of higher education. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
