O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB1761 by Thompson (Relating to the reserve requirements for credit life and credit accident and health insurance.), Committee Report 2nd House, Substituted    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the reserve requirements for credit life and credit accident and health insurance. Implementing the requirements of this bill would require Department of Insurance (TDI) to review administrative rules to ensure compliance with statute. Based on the information provided by TDI , it is assumed that costs associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.
