The bill would require retail electric providers to include on a customer's bill a statement directing the customer to the Public Utility Commission's (PUC) Power-to-Choose website. The bill would require the PUC to adopt rules to implement these provisions. The PUC anticipates any additional work resulting from the passage of the bill could be reasonably absorbed within current resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
