O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB1984 by Martinez Fischer (Relating to the statute of limitations in a civil suit for sexual assault.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would extend the statute of limitations in a civil suit for sexual assault from five years to ten years. The bill would take effect September 1, 2009.
