O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB2042 by Flynn (Relating to the notice requirements following impoundment of an estray.), As Introduced    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Agriculture Code to require a sheriff, if an estray is impounded and the owner is unknown, to post a notice of the impoundment of the estray on the county's website for at least 15 days after the date of the impoundment.
