O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB2348 by Dutton (Relating to a contract between a water district and a municipality for the provision of fire-fighting services in certain counties.), As Introduced    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  Based on applicability criteria of the bill, it would affect only a water district located wholly or partly in Harris County. Local Government Impact Because the bill would not have statewide impact on units of local government of the same type or class, no comment from this office is required by the rules of the House/Senate as to its probable fiscal implication on units of local government.
