O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB2413 by Anchia (Relating to the business leave time account for a police officer employee organization in certain municipalities. ), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Local Government Code to authorize in those municipalities where Chapter 142 has been adopted (Benefits and Working Conditions for Police Officers and Firefighters) two ways in which member donations to the business leave time account of an employee organization may be authorized. The bill would also stipulate how a municipality would be required to administer the account and to transfer donated time.
