The bill would amend the Labor Code to continue the Return-to-Work reimbursement program and allow the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) to adopt rules as necessary to implement the program. The bill would expand the existing pilot program at TDI. Based on the analysis of TDI, any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed within the agency's existing resources.
