O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB2480 by Hochberg (Relating to agreements with public junior colleges for courses for joint high school and junior college credit.), As Passed 2nd House    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  To the extent the bill would increase the generation of state-fundable contact hours at certain community college districts, and to the extent future Legislatures opt to fund those additional contact hours, there may be an undetermined increase in costs to the state. Local Government Impact To the extent the bill would increase the generation of state-fundable contact hours at certain community college districts, this bill may result in a larger share of future appropriations of formula funding for affected community college districts.
