O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB2525 by Smith, Todd (Relating to political expenditures made by a corporation or labor organization to finance the establishment and administration of a political committee.), As Passed 2nd House    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Election Code regarding political expenditures from certain organizations. The Ethics Commission indicates that any additional cost associated with the implementation of the bill could be absorbed within existing state resources.
