O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB2527 by Aycock (Relating to the regulation of commercial fertilizer.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would require registration applications for certain commercial fertilizers to include information including the name, address, telephone number of the ammonium nitrate facility as well as a designated contact person for the facility. Texas AgriLife Research would be able to absorb any costs associated with implementing the provisions of the bill within existing resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
