The bill would require registration applications for certain commercial fertilizers to include information including the name, address, telephone number of the ammonium nitrate facility as well as a designated contact person for the facility. Texas AgriLife Research would be able to absorb any costs associated with implementing the provisions of the bill within existing resources.
