The bill would amend the number of members on various advisory committees to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). This bill would require the presiding commissioner of TDLR, with approval of the commission, to appoint these members. Based on information provided by TDLR, it is assumed that the agency could absorb the costs associated with the bill within its current resources.
