The bill would change the dates required by write-in candidates to file for candidacy. The bill would repeal Sections 11.056(e) and 130.0825(e) of the Education Code, Section 285.131(g) of the Health and Safety Code, and Section 63.0945(f) of the Water Code, all relating to filing deadlines for candidates. The bill would change the dates required by write-in candidates to file for candidacy.
