O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB2671 by Thibaut (Relating to the requirement to keep records of game bird or animal carcasses placed in a cold storage or processing facility.), As Introduced    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Parks and Wildlife Code relating to the requirement to keep records of game bird or animal carcasses placed in a cold storage or processing facility.  The bill would redefine the anatomical parameters of "quartering" an animal; as well as changing when records are required, for a game bird or animal carcass placed in a cold storage or processing facility, effective September 1, 2009.  The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department indicates there is no fiscal implication to implementing the provisions of the bill.
