O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB2692 by Rodriguez (Relating to the preservation and creation of affordable housing opportunities near commuter rail stations.), As Introduced    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend Section 214.905 of the Local Government Code to add locations within one-half mile of a commuter rail station to the list of areas to which a municipality is allowed to establish maximum sales prices for a privately produced housing unit or residential building lot.
