O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB2706 by Turner, Sylvester (Relating to the authority of physicians and chiropractors to form certain entities.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Business Organizations Code relating to the authority of physicians and chiropractors to form certain entities.  Based on the analysis of the Board of Chiropractic Examiners and the Texas Medical Board, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. The bill would amend the Business Organizations Code relating to the authority of physicians and chiropractors to form certain entities.
