O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB2734 by Harper-Brown (Relating to disclosure of credit scoring by insurers.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Insurance Code relating to disclosure of credit scoring by insurers. The Texas Department of Insurance indicates that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.
