The bill would amend the Transportation Code as it pertains to certain regional transportation authorities related to securing payment of bonds and the use of revenue in excess of amounts pledged. Provisions of the bill would apply only to the Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority and to the Fort Worth Transportation Authority.
