O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB2769 by Anderson (Relating to the requirement that a seller of regulated material to a metal recycling entity present evidence of an occupational license.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Occupations Code to require that a person selling regulated material must obtain an occupational license or other form of authorization, which must be presented and recorded at the time of sale, to engage in the sale of regulated materials.  The Department of Public Safety indicates that implementing the provisions of the bill would not pose a significant fiscal impact to the department.
