O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB2821 by Chisum (Relating to the regulation of the public practice of geoscience.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the regulation of the public practice of geoscience. Based on the analysis of the Board of Professional Geoscientists, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill would be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
