O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB2877 by Sheffield (Relating to liability insurance closed claim reports.), As Engrossed    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Insurance Code relating to liability insurance closed claim reports. The bill would result in the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) amending publications relating to the reports. TDI indicates that any costs associated with the provisions of this bill could be absorbed within existing agency resources.
