O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB2939 by Callegari (Relating to the establishment of the Texas Hurricane Center for Innovative Technology at the University of Houston.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  Provisions of the bill would establish the Texas Hurricane Center for Innovative Technology as part of the University of Houston's College of Engineering. The institution estimates that establishing the Center could be done within existing resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
