O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board IN RE:HB2954 by Coleman (Relating to authorizing an increase in the student center fee at Texas Southern University.), As Introduced No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. Under provisions of the bill, Texas Southern University may impose a student fee in an amount not to exceed $75 for each regular term or $37.50 for each summer term. Under current law the fee may not exceed $35 for each long session or $17.50 for each summer session.
