O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB313 by Raymond (Relating to access to certain information contained in a decree of dissolution of a marriage or in an order in a suit affecting the parent-child relationship.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Family Code relating to access to certain information contained in a decreeof dissolution of a marriage or in an order in a suit affecting the parent-child relationship. The billwould require the Supreme Court to adopt rules restricting access to personal information in suitsaffecting parent-child relationships and divorce decrees. To the extent the bill would require amodification in judicial proceedings, the fiscal implication to the State is not anticipated to besignificant.  The bill would take effect September 1, 2009. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
