O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB3331 by Pierson (Relating to local option alcoholic beverage elections in justice precincts.), As Introduced    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code to make various adjustments and additions to requirements related to a local option alcoholic beverage election, including requiring that a local option election held in a justice precinct be held in the territory comprising the justice precinct at the time the election is held. Under current statute, that requirement is optional. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
