O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB334 by Aycock (Relating to requiring an election authority to provide notice to certain county chairs regarding certain election activities.), As Introduced    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would require an election authority to deliver written notice to the county chair of each political party that made nominations by primary election for the general elections for state and county officers of the time and place of any meeting called by the election authority not later than the fourth day before the meeting date.
