O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB3340 by Hopson (Relating to the conveyance of certain state forest land in Cherokee County under the control of the board of regents of The Texas A&M University System.), As Introduced    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  Under provisions of the bill, the Board of Regents of the Texas A&M University System would be allowed to convey 221.64 acres of land, excluding mineral rights, in Cherokee County previously conveyed to the Texas Forest Service in 1963 and under the control of the Board of Regents of the Texas A&M University System. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
