The bill would amend the Transportation Code to require an application for a motor vehicle title service license to include a photocopy of the current driver's license, personal identification certificate, or official identification card issued to the applicant by this state, another state, or the United States, which includes a photograph of the applicant. Based on the analysis of the Texas Department of Transporation, it is assumed the provisions of the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the state.
