O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB3429 by Gutierrez (Relating to certain program and reporting duties of the Texas AgriLife Extension Service.), As Engrossed    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would require the Texas AgriLife Extension Service, formerly known as the Texas Agricultural Extension Service, to administer the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program and the Better Living for Texans Program. Texas AgriLife Extension Service would be required to make presentations and provide reports regarding the programs. Texas AgriLife Research would be able to absorb any costs associated with implementing theprovisions of the bill within existing resources.
