O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB3525 by England (Relating to telephone solicitations for certain law enforcement-related charitable organizations.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend statute regarding disclosure by commercial telephone solicitors who request contributions for law enforcement related charities. Any additional costs associated with implementation of the bill could be absorbed within existing state resources.
