The bill would amend the Labor Code to provide that the election of a labor union as the exclusive bargaining representative of employees in an appropriate bargaining unit must be done by secret ballot. The Office of the Attorney General indicates that any costs associated with implementation of the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.
