O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board IN RE:HB3695 by McReynolds (Relating to fees of office for directors of certain water districts.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. The bill would increase from not more than $150 to not more than $200 the amount of daily fees a director of a water board is entitled to for each day the director actually spends performing the duties of a director. The bill would also limit most water districts from setting the annual limit on fees that directors may receive to an amount not greater than $9,600. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
