A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to the repeal of the power of certain districts and water
supply corporations to allow the use of right-of-way easements for
certain energy-related purposes.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Section 49.2205, Water Code, is repealed.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2009.
