O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB4107 by Chisum (Relating to exempting electric cooperatives and their subsidiaries that store natural gas underground and offer or provide gas storage services to the public for hire from status as a gas utility, public utility, common carrier, or common purchaser.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would exclude from the definitions of gas utility, public utility, common carrier, or common purchaser an electric cooperative that owns or operates underground natural gas storage services for the public for hire. Passage of the bill is not expected to have a significant impact on the workload of the Railroad Commission.  Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
