O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB4435 by Allen (Relating to the requirement for mandatory participation by certain principals in the School Leadership Pilot Program for Principals.), As Introduced    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would eliminate required participation in the School Leadership Pilot Program for Principals for individuals hired to replace principals whose campuses earn an academically unacceptable rating. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. The provisions of this bill would allow a school district to place a new principal at an academically unacceptable campus and not require the new principal to participate in the School Leadership Pilot Program.
