A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to the punishment for and the collection of evidence in
connection with certain intoxication offenses.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The administration of justice concerning all
aspects of intoxication offenses shall be redemptive, effectively
punitive and administratively feasible. The collection of evidence
pertaining to intoxication offenses shall be more accessible to law
enforcement.
