O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB4670 by Guillen (Relating to the ability of certain hospitals to employ physicians.), As Introduced    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code to authorize certain hospitals to employ physicians and other health care providers as necessary. Local Government Impact It is assumed that a hospital owned or operated by a government entity would employ physicians and other health care providers if sufficient resources exist.
