The bill would amend certain Acts of the 73rd Legislature, Regular Session, 1993, relating to certain rights of a person who holds an irrigation permit issued by the Edwards Aquirfer Authority (EAA). Local Government Impact According to the EAA, there could be some administrative and programming costs associated with implementing provisions of the bill, but based on information provided, it is assumed those costs could be absorbed using existing resources.
